Where do you work? All over Illinois, including the following counties: Cook, McHenry, Kane, Lake & DuPage.
Do you ever close? NO!! In fact, I continue to work right through all holidays, including Thanksgiving & Christmas time. For example, I had 2 home closings in December of 2017.
Where have you worked recently? I sold a home in Palatine & helped a buyer in Gurnee. I just sold 2 homes in Algonquin in a month! In December of 2017, based on the top 100 Realtors, I was the #7 Realtor in Palatine!! And I sold 2 homes in North Aurora & Batavia in 2019; all before Summer!

How are you successful at Selling Homes? My company & I are VERY aggressive with impressive digital marketing across all social network platforms. In addition, I also advertise for my clients on my personal social networks. I use only the BEST luxury photography, drone video & virtual tours. My Open Houses are very-well attended & typically attract 15-30 groups of visitors. I advertise some homes in “Homes and Land” magazine, at no charge to my clients. My FREE home staging & FREE home warranties have also closed several deals!
What is a Broker’s Tour? A Broker’s Tour is an “Open House” for other Realtors. I find that Broker’s tours are one of the best ways to find the perfect buyer. I always cater lunches & distribute Starbucks gift cards at my Broker’s tours, so they are VERY well-attended!
What is a CMA? A CMA is a Comparative Market Analysis, which I provide to all of my clients at no charge. This is a very detailed report which shows how your home compares to similar homes in your area; usually within 1 mile of your home. The report is used as an aid in determining your list price & can also give you home improvement & staging ideas.
What is a Buyer’s Tour? A Buyer’s Tour is a detailed report I provide with pictures of all the homes we will view together! It’s a great resource for buyers to have, since it’s easy to forget details of all the homes that you visit on your home purchasing journey.
